In a moment, it all dawns on me. I have about a month now before I make the biggest change of my life. 18 almost 19 years in the making, and God I still feel like a child. I'll be all alone and on my own. I don't know whether it was a mistake or not to go to Utah. Even to this day, I wonder why I didn't just go to another school. I had a couple of reasons. One doesn't seem to be much of a reason anymore, or much of a comforting idea. I've always wanted to live in the mountains. I loved snowboarding and I've just recently taken up mountain biking. I also needed a good computer science school, which, is my means of conquering the world. The whole "life calling" thing, yanno? Seriously though, I needed to get away from everything that was bugging me around here. I couldn't keep dealing with the feelings that I have about this place. There were good times, but things are getting a little rough these days. I'll always remember how good things used to be though. Bentonville, Arkansas was my home, and it's where I will tell people that I am from. I just need to focus while I'm in school so that I can make millions of dollars and build a space ship.

It's fun to see what happened to BassHunter. He goes from sitting in his room and playing DotA to this:

Yeah, that's the DotA song...just now it's called "Now You're Gone" and has three times as much Swedish girl ass shaking.

It was a good night for a bike ride. There was a red moon tonight when I got home. The reddest I've ever seen a moon. I'm going to play Warcraft 3 all night. Also, Batman was an AWESOME movie. Go see it.

I made the replay viewer. Check it out. Right up there ^ I don't have many replays on this computer. I got it about 2 months ago. I'll be uploading them as I play them. I'm thinking I may add a special section on that page for Marcus too, since he sucks so much.

Back...with ideas. was posted on 2008-07-12
Just got back from Utah Thursday night. Orientation wasn't AS bad as I thought it'd be. I met a cool kid who's also doing computer science. He's going to be a game programmer. So, I'm pretty excited that I found someone who plays games and programs. I went to the Stein Erikson Lodge in Deer Valley. Lots of hiking and mountain biking. I uploaded some pictures from the hike that my parents agreed to go with me on. Lolz, mom is still sore from it.

Anyway, got some ideas. WC3 game uploader. I'll be uploading my replay's to a new part of the site. But yeah, I guess I should finish up on the forum. I just get caught up in different ideas. Gotta create'm all, yanno? Forum's almost done though. People keep distracting me when I get on the computer. AIM and Facebook chatting, and Warcraft 3 keep me from reaching the levels of productivity that I'd like to be working at. My fault though.

Also, Emarosa released their new CD last week. It's awesome. And should be listened to.

DIABLO 3 was posted on 2008-06-28
Yesterday, at the Blizzard 2008 World Wide Invitational in Paris, Blizzard announced the next sequel in the Diablo series. The original Diablo I and II all received Game of the Year awards upon their releases. So the release of Diablo 3 is big news for the video game community. All week there had been speculation over the "splash image teaser" on Blizzards homepage. A leak from diabloII.net claimed that they had inside sources that confirmed the games release two days before the invitational. Naturally, everyone was skeptical of the site, but it seems as though they were correct! A huge surprise, nonetheless. The game is beautiful and provides the same aspects of I and II with a TON more new and cool features. More information can be found at: Diablo3.com. I'm ready to kick some serious demon ass :)

Macs. Taking over? was posted on 2008-06-22
I got a letter in the mail from my college yesterday saying that the Mac was the most popular computer on campus. It also stated that the Mac is the most popular computer on campuses nation-wide. Naturally, I began to feel a strong disliking towards my generation who like to define themselves as "unique" and "different" and the ever more popular "artistic". Macs are playing-things, really. They're every 16 year old girls dream laptop (they will never consider the Mac desktop because it doesn't allow them to have a mobile means of displaying their money/hipness, though their middle/upper class white parents were the ones who bought it for them. Pretty hip...). It has the glamor of a cell-phone and leaves a "statement" to everyone who sees them with one.

It's funny actually. I went to visit my college last April. I saw what the cafeteria looked like at lunch time. There was a large group of people with Macs, none of them had PC's. I could easily define the Mac kids as the arrogant bastards that can only stand unique white people like themselves. The PC kids were likely Math, Science, Engineering, or Computer students, or they just simply needed an affordable way of having a laptop that works really well for what they're planning on using it for. Gaming, research, compatibility, etc...

I have people tell me that Macs are making a come back. Which, I wont argue with them. Macs are cool in the sense that I can get toked or drunk off my ass and watch sand drip across the screen when I tilt it....or I could open up Photo Booth and take trippy pictures of myself in different colors, on a roller coaster, or the ever popular 4 pictures different-colors (a common way of saying "Hey! I got a Mac!" on Facebook).

On a more serious note, the "Mac takeover" is not much of a worry to me. In a 2008 press release, Macs only had 6.1% of the market share shipments in 2007. All the rest were PC's. Ladies and gentleman, it's a takeover.

I'll add to this post later. I have some things to do today, but I have some things I'd that I would like to add.

I started uploading Japan pictures...I have 400+ pictures. The way I have it setup right now, I only upload 5 pictures at a time and it takes a while to load. So, I'll continue to add pictures day by day...not that it matters.

Grrr... was posted on 2008-06-05
I hate Apple...I really do. So, I just got home from Japan. Naturally, one of the first things I did was jump on my computer. I boot up iTunes and install the new patch (I don't often install the patches, because, well, they're full of FAIL and don't actually do anything).

Itunes Patches: In Apple's mission to dominate your PC they require a new iTunes patch almost every day. Each day, a 2MB patch.

This time was especially awesome.PPP I reboot my new PC and BAM! Blue screened. All I did was install that patch?! So it did something to the registry on my computer, or messed around with a really important driver. I did nothing more than turn on my computer and try to apply the patch. I'd been reading about Vista and iTunes incompatability problems... So now I'm desperately trying to get a hold of a system restore disc, which convienently ISN'T included when Dell ships your computer.
This isn't the first time they've screwed me. I've reformatted my ipod OS twice (took a couple of hours), lost all of my music to iTunes (took a life time), and now this.
Apple: It Just Works

Updated I'm still getting BSOD on bootup...and apparently there's no restore points even with my restore disk. My only options would be to create a parallel partition, use RAID or KNOPIX and sift through a bunch of 0's and 1's, or try to some how locate and replace the corrupted file in the appropriate .cab. That may be do able...but I think I'm going to have to reformat...awesome. I'll be reformatting with XP this time, I think..
Updated Updated I had to reformat...almost all done installing drivers, programs, utilities...5 hours later. It's a good thing that I'm super jet-lagged and was able to stay up until 7am and do this...

Science and Religion was posted on 2008-04-07
I found myself making a reply to a users post regarding life being found on meteorites. Some kid begins blasting the church (which I don't necessarily approve of because it only breeds hate and dissent of moral ideals...which the world already has excessive ammounts of).
This is what I say.PPP
I think if we are to ever find God and confirm that he exists, it will be through science. And it's a one way road, really. How else are you to logically prove something of such greatness? I think we should stop looking at science as the stone being casted, rather, a brave new attempt for logic and reason. If anything at all, religious fanatics should find hope in science because it brings us one step closer to finding the origin of life. Would it be ignorance to deny new and radical thought? I mean, for a time, wasn't Jesus promoting a new and radical thought?
Lets nail our scientists to the cross.

I don't know. I think I might've made a point somewhere in there. I thought that I'd just document the idea.

Shit Theory was posted on 2008-03-19
"Why did everyone have to go giving a shit?" is the real question. If there was no shit to give, there would be no shit. Some how, all these people have all this shit, and the other people want the shit. But who really gives a shit? The United States gives a shit because they have more shit than everyone. That's why no one likes the US. Now, you have a group of people with a limited ammount of shit, and they're all shooting rocket propelled shit at eachother, launching off more and more of their limited ammount of shit. Eventually, there will be no more shit, and the US will have all the shit. Who do they come for next for shit? This is why some people in the US give a shit. Simply because, they're so full of shit, that they're spewing shit everywhere. And everytime someone in the US decides to spew shit towards the middle east, the middle east keeps wanting that shit. The US is tempting and provoking the middle east with their shit. Shit.

I do not have a stance on the war in the Middle East. The situation does not concern me, therefor, I do not give a shit.

Pictures: A Rant on Female Society was posted on 2008-03-19
I do not understand why females need to take pictures of every little thing that they do. There are certain situations in which picture taking can be deemed necessary:
1) Birthdays
2) Significant events, out of the ordinary every day type of thing.
3) Vacations
4) Family pictures
These are all acceptable situations, however, there is also a point where your picture taking can be deemed excessive:
1) Every picture you take, though holding no real value from the other pictures, gets uploaded to facebook. I don't need to see 5 fucking pictures of the same thing. If you go somewhere and realize you took 20 pictures of your "surrounding" try to realize that all those pictures are the same "surrounding" and choose 1 or 2 that are nice. Limits are good. Seeing 1-2 good pictures leaves a better impression than 20 mediocre/shit pictures. Save the rest on your hard drive, please.
2) You go on a vacation and take over 300 pictures.
3) You've taken 50+ pictures of something that happened in one night.

The whole teenage girl obsession of taking tons of pictures is quite possibly the most unattractive thing imaginable. But if it makes you feel like you're not an a-social being, living an unexciting existance in comparison to all the other dumb girls who upload way too many pictures, then keep on doing it. Who am I to keep you from feeling better about yourself?
